ISEKI_Food 2018, 3-5 July 2018, Stuttgart, Germany

The ISEKI-Food Association (European Association for Integrating Food Science and Engineering Knowledge Into the Food Chain) and the University of Hohenheim are organising the 5th International ISEKI_Food Conference (ISEKI_Food 2018) to be held in Stuttgart, University of Hohenheim, Germany, 3 - 5 July 2018.

This  5th edition has as its driving topic “The Food System Approach – New Challenges for Education, Research and Industry“. A modern approach to face the societal, climate and nutritional challenges, impairing food security and the global sustainability of the food chain, has to consider all activities related to food production, processing, packaging, distribution, preparation and consumption.

Several poster awards are waiting for you as well as some very interesting workshops to attend like the  PhD workshop, the Food Waste Recovery Workshop and some free workshops.
