SCI indexed Journals in English were presented and the participants of the symposium received useful tips for their publications. They also had the opportunity to discuss with the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry and the Food and Bioprocess Technology. The simultaneous translation of the symposium in English and Chinese enabled all participants to follow the presentations.
