The MoniQA training course will address regulatory as well as analytical issues and discuss the uncertainties related to the determination of threshold values or action levels (which already exist for gluten) and provide suggestions how to deal with the results in an industrial environment.
The practical part of the training course will provide hands on
experience on the detection of allergens (gluten and hazelnut) using
microtitre ELISA tests.
