Daniel Spichtinger from the MoniQA Partner RTD Services (www.rtd-services.com) presented the MoniQA project and its communication strategy at the Sci Com 2009, an international conference on Science Communication, held in Vienna (November 16-17, 2009). Sci Com brings together all actors in science communication in order to enable an inter- and transdisciplinary exchange of views and experience. This year special attention was paid to communicating science to children and teenagers.
In the presentation entitled “Communication in EU projects: the case of MoniQA” Daniel Spichtinger presented the strategic approach of the project concerning communication to all stakeholders, as well as providing an overview of some tools the project is using, such as our internal and external newsletter, the glossy executive summary and multilingual information.
