MoniQA FST „Food Safety and Mycotoxins in Grain, Oil and Feed“ Date: 24.09.2009 – 25.09.2009 Location: Fujian Hotel, Beijing, China - Bursaries available for MoniQA members The workshop offers a broad view on mycotoxins in grain, oil and feed. Starting with an introduction to EU food law and discussing current issues relating to food imports into the EU, the workshop also covers local (Asian) issues for mycotoxin detection and the socio-economic impact of mycotoxins in general. Mycotoxin analysis is discussed with a focus on its applications to food safety management. Theoretical introduction and a practical part on rapid mycotoxin detection methods will conclude this two day training.
