MFST on
„Multiresidue analysis of pesticides in fruits and vegetables using QuEChERS Method“ The
theoretical part of the WS delivers general information on pesticides and techniques of multi-residue analysis, operating principles of GC and LC mass detection techniques, sample extraction and clean-up techniques, method validation and legal and commercial significance of pesticide residues.
In the
practical part, participants deal with extraction and clean up of pesticides from vegetable matrix, LC-MS/MS technique, GC-MS technique and parameters for method validation .
The five day training is open for 8 participants.
MFST on
“Mycotoxin analysis in fruits, nuts and cereals using HPLC techniques” In theoretical and practical session the workshop focus on Aflatoxins in hazelnut, Deoxynivalenol (DON) and Zearalenone(ZEA) in cereals, Fumanisins in maize and Ochratoxins A in raisins. Introducing the principle of instrumental (HPLC) mycotoxin analysis is included as well as method validation.
The five day training is open for 8 participants.
The two workshops will be held in parallel.
