Part I: General aspects
Part II: Laboratory applications The training program consists of two different parts.

Part I
- General aspects covers topics like the nature of allergies, importance of allergies (for consumer and industry), where allergens can be found in production facilities and final products, current legislation (Europe and elsewhere) and ELISA. The first part is mainly targeted towards participants from industry.

Part II - Laboratory applications offers hands on training for different ELISA applications.
