Call for papers in new ICC/MoniQA Journal

ICC – International Association for Cereal Science and Technology - in cooperation with MoniQA are issuing a new international journal titled Quality Assurance and Safety of Crops & Foods which will be publishing peer-reviewed, scientific primary research papers and review papers in the areas of cereals, grain crops, their quality and issues relating to food safety.

This official peer-reviewed Journal of ICC and MoniQA will appear in March 2009 and will be published by Wiley-Blackwell with Stanley Cauvain and Roland Poms as the Joint Editors in Chief.
