Ainhoa Bilbao from our Spanish partner GAIKER presented MoniQA and the HACCP survey at the COST Foresight 2030 event in Bruge, Belgium (July 1, 2009).
Part of this event was a workshop on food security. The aim of this worshop was:
* to identify major trends and driving factors, and challenges resulting from them for a) Food Availability; b) Food Accessibility; c) Food Safety until 2030.
* to define potential future scenarios in Food Security focusing on a) Developed Countries – Europe in a globalised world and b) Developing Countries.
* to identify key ICT-CCST technologies in which we should invest to reach food security in 2030
